“Nedaa” Delegation Peruses the Strategies in Dubai Statistics Center Tuesday January 29, 2013

A delegate from “Nedaa” Specialized Communications Corporation visited Dubai Statistics Center to peruse the most prominent practices followed for managing human resources in the Center and making use of the employees’ expertise and modern methods of controlling the employees’ affairs, and to peruse the method of preparing and developing strategies and optimum plans to specify sub-objectives and operating purposes. The delegate consisted of Mr. Omar Bin Ghelaita, Director of the Governmental Department; Mr. Majed Al-Awadhi, Director of Commercial Affairs Department; Mr. Abdullah Dalmook, Head of Financial Department; Mrs. Maryam Al-Ketbi, Strategy Senior Executive; and Mrs. Amal Al-Haj, Head of the Human Resources Department.

Having arrived to Dubai Statistics Center, the delegate was received by Mr. Tarek Al-Janahi, Director of Distinguish and Organizational Support Department, and some of managers and officials in the Center. At the beginning of the meeting, Mr. Omar Bin Ghelaita presented a summary defining the Corporation and praised the Center for the great role it played in providing accurate statistical information about Dubai. Thereafter, Mr. Tarek Al-Janahi showed the Center regulatory structure and divisions as he indicated to the Center businesses, liabilities, activities, and the role the Center plays in serving different sectors in Dubai. This participates in making practical plans which are studied and based on accurate scientific data.

Then, the representatives of Dubai Statistics Center expatiated on the Center method and strategy to develop human resources and on the most distinguished plans and objectives which have been applied and executed leading into winning several prizes in prominence in human resources field for consecutive courses.

In conclusion of the visit, the both parties assured on the importance of exchanging visits for the interest of both of them and supporting and activating the partnership between different governmental authorities according to Dubai Strategy 2015.
