The Professional Communication Corporation (Nedaa) offers a wide range of services and packages that serve and meet the diversified needs of all dealers.
Nedaa's packages and services include:

Annual Service Package

This package provides an annual service (unlimited usage) for each of “Groups Call ” and SDS “Text Messages” services, a number of associated services such as direct personal contact, operator calls and national/international calls (as desired by the client) can be added.

Quarterly Service Package

This package provides a quarterly service (unlimited usage) for each of “Group Call ” and “Text Messages” services, a number of associated services such as direct personal contact, can be added.

Annual Lease Package

This package provides communication devices and annual service (unlimited usage) for each of “Group Call ” and SDS “Text Messages” services, a number of associated services such as direct personal contact, operator calls (as desired by the client) can be added.

Monthly Lease Package

This package provides communication devices and monthly service (unlimited usage) for each of “Group Call ” and SDS “Text Messages” services, a number of associated services such as direct personal contact, can be added.

Weekly Lease Package

This package provides communication devices and weekly service (unlimited usage) for each of “Group Call ” and SDS “Text Messages” services, a number of associated services such as direct personal contact, can be added.

In order to meet the diverse needs of its customers, the Corporation provides a number of additional associated services, including:

  • Individual Contact Service from one side: A service that allows a personal contact (single direction) between subscribers within the same dealer.
  • Individual Contact Service from two sides: A service that allows a personal contact (dual direction) between subscribers within the same dealer.
  • Operator Service: A service that allows the dealer to connect TETRA devices with the main switchboard in the Establishment, a matter that enables communication between TETRA devices and the branch offices by using the extension number.
  • National/ International Calls: A service that enables the dealer to make national /international calls using a TETRA device to any fixed or mobile phones (using ETISALAT network).
  • Limited Coverage Service: A service that allows the dealers to communicate between the devices located within a specific geographic zone, without referring to the main network.
